Aloha+ Workdays

The Aloha+ Workdays are a monthly, statewide series for action, collaboration, and shared learning across our Network. Each Workday spotlights one Aloha+ Goal and is co-hosted with a local partner organization. Rotating across islands, these gatherings offer hands-on activities, skill-building, and opportunities to engage in place-based work while strengthening connections across sectors and communities.

Get Involved!

There’s a role for everyone in advancing Hawaiʻi’s sustainability goals. Aloha+ Workdays welcome community members, youth, organizations, businesses, and public sector leaders to come together, learn from one another, and take action.

Whether you’re looking to get involved for the first time or deepen your impact, these Workdays offer a space to contribute, collaborate, and shape the future you want to see for Hawaiʻi. See our Community Calendar for our next Workday.

What's in a Workday

Each Aloha+ Workday is grounded in a featured Aloha+ Goal, connecting every activity to Hawaiʻi’s shared sustainability priorities. Workdays combine learning and action, offering opportunities to build skills, deepen understanding, and contribute through hands-on experiences. Locations are chosen to be accessible and inclusive, making it easy for participants to join from across the community.
