  • Watershed Resilience AmeriCorps VISTA

    The Watershed Resilience AmeriCorps VISTA is a full-time position that will drive sustainability projects and community engagement via the Ala Wai Watershed Collaboration (AWWC), a multi-sector partnership advancing long-term, community-centered solutions to reduce flood risk, improve water quality, strengthen freshwater security, and enhance community resilience across the Ala Wai Watershed. 


    The VISTA will help strengthen the organizational backbone of the Collaboration by improving coordination workflows, partner communications, and innovative program development  that can be sustained beyond the VISTA service year. HGG is committed to the mentorship and professional development of each team member, including our VISTA members.

  • Dashboard Lab AmeriCorps VISTA

    The Dashboard Lab AmeriCorps VISTA is a full-time position that will support Hawai‘i Green Growth’s work to advance statewide sustainability initiatives while building a local technology-skilled workforce through the Dashboard Lab. The VISTA will engage with a broad network of partners on strategic initiatives to build long-term capacity and development of the Dashboard Lab program and develop skill sets to support data-driven decision-making through the Aloha+ Challenge Dashboard.


    The position is structured to provide significant work experience in the areas of local multi-agency sustainable development priorities, project and program management, data analysis, Esri applications, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement and outreach through experiential learning. This position will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility quickly, and engage with a diverse network of local, national, and international partners. HGG is committed to the mentorship and professional development of each team member, including our VISTA members.
