Dashboard Coordinator
Jillian Cristobal, an Oʻahu native, serves as the Dashboard Coordinator for Hawaiʻi Green Growth, where she is instrumental in supporting the Aloha+ Challenge Dashboard through product management and development, outreach, and ensuring project legacy. Her academic background includes a B.S. in Natural Resource Environmental Management and a B.A. in Geography and Environment from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, with a focus on the social, economic, and environmental facets of sustainability. Jillian's professional experience prior to her current role includes a research fellowship with the University of Hawaiʻi Office of Sustainability, where she led a project to calculate UH Mānoa’s institutional carbon and nitrogen footprint. She also previously served as a Sustainability Dashboard AmeriCorps VISTA at Hawaiʻi Green Growth. These diverse opportunities have solidified her dedication to developing systems-based approaches for sustainability challenges, and have fostered her interest in GIS, sustainable development, data science, urban and regional planning, and political ecology.
