Audrey Pentimonti is the AmeriCorps VISTA for the Sustainability Business Form (SBF), where she assists Hawaiʻi Green Growth in advancing economic prosperity, environmental stewardship, and community resilience through the development of the SBF and its working groups. Audrey brings over three years of experience working as a strategy consultant for state and local governments to help them tackle big picture challenges related to closing the digital divide, economic development, and workforce development. She also spent time working with the US House of Representatives (WA-06), building experience as a congressional and campaign intern, connecting with and advocating for constituents throughout the state. Her academic background includes a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Notre Dame, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability through her senior capstone that sought to reconcile energy and conservation policies as they relate to Washington’s salmon population and the lower Snake River dams. Audrey is passionate about sustainable development and using politics to make positive change, and aspires to be a strong environmental leader with Hawaiʻi Green Growth.
