Zoë played a pivotal role in Hawai‘i Island’s recovery following the 2018 Kīlauea Eruption, leading long-term recovery efforts and community engagement through initiatives like Revitalize Puna. Her leadership helped restore community connections, integrate local and governmental resources, and support enduring resilience.
