Divya Agarwala is the Dashboard Lab VISTA with Hawai‘i Green Growth, where she supports the UN Local2030 Hub through sustainability metrics reporting, data analysis, project management, and partner engagement. She holds a B.A. with Honors in Sustainable Development and Business Management from Columbia University. Divya brings experience in operations and partnerships at Tesla, and in sustainability consulting for local governments and private organizations. During her time at Columbia, she focused on the intersection of climate, policy, and technology—earning departmental honors for her senior thesis on vehicle-grid integration, leading campus sustainability initiatives as President of EcoReps, and launching the Earth Institute Climate Change Policy Workshop. She also served as lead project manager for Columbia Transportation’s Net-Zero Transition and as a student liaison to university administration. She is passionate about building intentional communities, advocating for sustainability policy, and advancing global sustainability equity.
